grabs us and english roms from the myrient archive and sorts them into folders that romm can pick up. one folder per platform. no dependencies, just python 3 stdlib.
it scrapes the myrient directory listing, filters filenames for usa or world region plus english europe releases, drops betas protos demos and bios files, and keeps only the newest revision of each game. ps2, wii and wii u use curated title lists instead because the full sets are huge. downloads resume if you kill the script and run it again.
edit LIBRARY_DIR and LOG_FILE at the top of the script first. then run python3 myrient-dl.py --list to see platforms, python3 myrient-dl.py --dry-run gb to preview, and python3 myrient-dl.py gb gba to actually download. with no args it goes through everything smallest first, which is a lot of data, so probably pick platforms.
