Financial-condition grades for SEC filers
A call is a dated probability that a company fails within a stated horizon, recorded with the letter it carried at the time. Calls settle against the outcome and are scored by log loss against the base rate for the size band. Nothing on a company page is a call; the grade is a rank, not a forecast.
